what is your turnaround time?
once an order is placed I'll usually have it in the mail to you within 4 business days.                                            If it's a rush order let me know, I love last minute gifts!

what are my payment options?                          I will email a Paypal invoice once your order has been placed (no need to have a Paypal account to use this payment method).
If your prefer, payment can be by cheque, or if you're picking up, by cash.

what does the postage cost?
regular mail within Canada is $1.40 and usually takes 2-5 business days.
regular mail to the US is $2.35 and usually takes 5-10 business days.                                                                                             (while I have never had any issue with this mailing method it's important to know it is uninsured and untrackable. I cannot be responsible for items once they've been mailed)

I recommend Xpresspost as it is trackable and insured.
Xpresspost varies in cost depending on destination (approx $10 -$17 for Canada & the US). Contact me to confirm rate.

how do I clean & care for my jewellery?
protect jewellery from scratching, extreme temperatures, swimming pools, chemicals and intense sunlight.
Wash regularly in mildly sudsy water and polish gently with a jewellery polishing cloth.
Sterling silver will naturally tarnish (oxidize)

To prevent tarnishing store in an airtight plastic bag.

For intense cleaning, line a ceramic bowl with tinfoil & place your silver on the foil. Sprinkle with a generous amount of baking soda, cover with boiling water and let sit for 10 minutes or more.          Rinse well & dry.

*use caution - boiling water can damage stones, pearls & beads
